Return & Refund Policy

We want every customer to have a positive shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us to request a return or refund.

Return Request Period
Return requests should be submitted within 30 days after the order has been delivered.

Returned products should be in unused and resalable condition. Original packaging and accessories should be included whenever possible.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
Products that have been used, damaged through improper handling, or altered by the customer may not qualify for a return. Personalized items may also be excluded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return
Before returning an item, please email raulillo1567@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the return request. Photos may be requested when necessary.

Please wait for our instructions before sending the package back.

Refund Processing
After the returned product has been received and inspected, we will determine whether the refund is eligible. Approved refunds will be sent back through the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
